I just want to watch my school’s game, but all the subscriptions say “Michindoh School Sports.” What gives?

That’s exactly what you’re looking for! We cover school sports all across the Michindoh area (where the state lines of Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio all join). If you’re looking for our coverage of a game in Branch, Hillsdale, or Lenawee Counties in Michigan, Steuben County in Indiana, or Williams or Fulton Counties in Ohio, pick the “Michindoh School Sports” package that’s right for you.

How many devices / people can use my subscription?

You can only be logged into the site on one device at a time.  If you regularly use multiple devices, you will need to log out of the site on the device you used last before you can log in on another device.  While we understand that some people would like to share their accounts, we are unable to provide that option at this time.  You are free to share your login information as you see fit, but only one person using one device at any given time will be able to log in.

I’m logged in, but it says I still have to subscribe.

This is usually because you’re still logged in on another device.  As mentioned in the previous question, we only allow one device to be logged in at a time.  Please make sure that you’ve logged out of all other devices.  If you’re still having trouble, or you’re not certain what other devices are still logged in, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you have an app?

Currently, no, we do not, but we are in the planning stage to develop one.  We’ll make an announcement when we go into development.

Can I watch on my TV?

We don’t have an app yet, which includes apps for smart TV’s.  However, if you have a laptop or desktop computer with a DisplayPort or HDMI port available to connect to your TV, you can use it as a second screen.  HDMI cables are readily available at most electronics retailers, and DisplayPort to HDMI conversion cables may be found, as well.  Be sure you know which type of cable you need and what size, as both formats have standard and miniature versions.  Some cables are one-way directional, as well, so make sure you know which plug needs to come out of the computer and which needs to go to the TV.

I bought X subscription; will it allow me to access Y?

Our current subscription packages are dedicated to a specific type of program — at the time of this writing, we’re only selling subscriptions for Michindoh-area school sports broadcasts.  Any length of subscription that you choose will allow you to access any of those school sports broadcasts for that subscription’s duration, regardless of the school that you indicated you are subscribing to watch.

Why are you asking which school I’m supporting?

For the 2020-2021 school year, we have offered the schools in the Michindoh area a certain percentage of the revenue generated by subscribers who choose a school to support.  The more subscribers a school has, the greater that percentage becomes, giving the schools back even more of that money.  We did this for two reasons.  One, we recognized that schools would lose money in ticket sales due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Two, we live and work in the community, and we want to support our local schools just as much as you do.  When you subscribe with a specific school chosen, you’re helping that school!
